Order Process Overview
After submitting an order via our on-site web shop, your order details will be automatically sent to our shop , as well as to the email address you provided in the submission form (please note that your order hasn’t been finalized at this point.)
After confirming available inventory, we will send you a confirmation email with a total amount including shipping and handling, as well as your payment link for secure online payment (see payment section below). After payment has been confirmed, we will ship within 6 business days.
We accept major credit cards for online orders, to be processed by secure encrypted online payment gateway. For your security, we do not store any of your credit card information.

*Intl. ePacket ships at a lower cost than regular EMS for packages weighing less than 2kg, but tracking is only available for certain countries.
*Due to the ongoing effects of the 2019 Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, EMS (Express Mail Service by Japan Post) is temporarily unavailable for some areas, and other areas are experiencing considerable shipping delays. We still accept orders from the areas experiencing delays, and for those living in the temporarily suspended countries, we can change your shipping method preference to DHL upon your request.

Duties & Tax
According to your country’s import regulations, please be aware that you may be charged a customs duty when you purchase. In such a case, we are not responsible for any costs inccurred by local customs regulations.
The total purchase cost will be noted on the surface label of parcel.
In some cases, the parcel may have been opened during customs inspections. We are not responsible for any loss, seizure, or damage inccurred during such legal inspection.
Returns & Refunds
In general, all sales on this site are final and we don’t accept returns or refunds.
However, if your purchased item arrives with apparent damage or defect, we may send a replacement of the same item(s). In such a case, please send us photographic evidence and contact us via our contact form within 1 week from the date of receiving your package. If the product is out of stock, we will arrange the next production or refund the amount except shipping.
We shall not be responsible for refund or re-shipment in cases where parcel is returned due to recipient’s absence.
